Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Maintain and enhance existing applications to improve performance and user experience.
- Document application configurations and customizations to ensure knowledge sharing and maintainability.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Experience with workflow design and automation within ServiceNow platforms.
- Strong understanding of IT service management principles and processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications.
- Familiarity with scripting languages used in ServiceNow customization such as JavaScript.
- Knowledge of integration techniques between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- This position is based at our CDC2A - SEZ location.
