Job Title: Fitter – Panel Board Assembly
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Fitter to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling electrical panel boards according to engineering drawings and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble electrical panel boards as per technical drawings and specifications.
- Fit and mount electrical components, busbars, and mechanical parts inside panels.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Ensure proper alignment, fastening, and finishing of assembled panels.
- Read and interpret assembly drawings and work instructions.
- Inspect completed assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Coordinate with supervisors and team members to meet production targets.
Requirements:
- ITI/Fitter or equivalent technical qualification preferred.
- Experience in panel board assembly or a similar manufacturing role is an advantage.
- Ability to read mechanical and electrical assembly drawings.
- Good knowledge of hand tools and measuring instruments.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
