Rapid HVAC Solutions is seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to oversee and manage HVAC installation, maintenance, and commissioning projects across Chennai and UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, coordination, quality control, and timely delivery of HVAC projects while ensuring compliance with client requirements, safety regulations, and ISO standards.

✅ Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
✅Experience
- Minimum 5–8 years experience in HVAC project management
- Experience in UAE / GCC projects is an added advantage
- Strong experience in installation and commissioning projects
✅Technical Skills
- Knowledge of HVAC systems (Chilled Water, VRF, Ventilation)
- Familiarity with:
- SMACNA
- ASME
- Understanding of QA/QC and HSE procedures
✅Software Skills
- MS Office (Excel, Word)
- AutoCAD (preferred)
- Project planning tools (Primavera / MS Project – advantage)
✅Soft Skills
- Strong leadership and team management
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving & decision-making ability
