Skills & Qualification that we are looking for:
- Hand-on on any of the platform ( ServiceNow/BMC/ Micro-Focus/ CA/ Any other workflow tool ) - The more the merrier
- Stronghold on Design Structure and Data Modelling
- Stronghold on HAM & SAM process
- Understanding of CMDB
- Upkeep of the ServiceNow SAM platform
- Understanding of License Workbench and SAM Workspace
- Contract Analysis and Integration with major vendors like Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, SAP, Adobe - The more the merrier
- Understanding of Authentication protocols like; OAuth, SSO, and Digest Token
- Extensive knowledge of Integrations using APIs, JDBC, ODBC, and other innovative ways
- A GO-TO person for team members to solve their problems
Good to have skills:
- Can build and train team
- Who loves to read and scale him/herself on trending technical areas!!
Ready to take challenges to learn new technology
