Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) with experience in generating business opportunities in the IT Services and IT Staffing domain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in lead generation, client acquisition, cold outreach, and building long-term relationships with domestic and international clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, job portals, and other online platforms.
- Identify and connect with potential domestic and international clients for IT Staffing, Staff Augmentation, and Software Development services.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through outbound prospecting.
- Understand client hiring and technology requirements and propose suitable IT solutions.
- Schedule meetings and introductory calls with decision-makers, HRs, Hiring Managers, and Procurement teams.
- Prepare and send business proposals, capability presentations, and follow-up emails.
- Coordinate with the recruitment and technical teams to ensure timely client delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and business opportunities in CRM or Excel trackers.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients and identify opportunities for repeat business.
- Achieve monthly lead generation, meeting, and revenue targets.
Required Skills
- Experience in IT Lead Generation, Business Development, or IT Sales.
- Strong understanding of IT Staffing, Staff Augmentation, and Software Development services.
- Experience handling both Domestic and International clients (US, UK, Middle East, APAC, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo, or similar lead generation tools.
- Experience in cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and client follow-ups.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to generate and qualify leads independently.
- Knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in vendor empanelment and RFP/RFQ processes.
- Understanding of emerging technologies such as AI/ML, Cloud, Data Engineering, DevOps, Cybersecurity, and Software Development.
- Familiarity with IT hiring and recruitment processes.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Applications, or a related field.
- MBA (Marketing/Business Development) is preferred but not mandatory.
