As we continue to expand, we are looking for a detail-oriented and quality-driven professional to join our growing team.
The Quality Analyst is responsible for auditing provider documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with organizational policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. This role involves reviewing patient charts to verify that all required clinical and administrative information is documented appropriately and that patient records meet established documentation guidelines.

Audit provider charts for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and healthcare documentation standards.

Verify that all patient appointment details are accurately documented, including appointment type, date, and provider information.

Ensure Protected Health Information (PHI) is handled and documented in accordance with HIPAA and organizational privacy policies.

Review and validate documentation of the patient's chief complaint, history, assessment, treatment plan, and follow-up instructions, where applicable.

Confirm that current medications, allergies, and other relevant clinical information are accurately recorded in the patient's chart.

Identify documentation errors, omissions, inconsistencies, or compliance issues and provide timely feedback to providers or the appropriate department.

Maintain audit reports and accurately document findings, trends, and opportunities for process improvement.

Collaborate with clinical, operations, and quality teams to improve documentation quality and ensure compliance with established standards.

Monitor adherence to internal quality metrics and regulatory requirements.

Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information and ensure compliance with HIPAA and all applicable healthcare regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications-
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Knowledge of medical documentation standards and healthcare terminology.

Understanding of HIPAA regulations and Protected Health Information (PHI) requirements.

Ability to identify documentation gaps and provide constructive feedback.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Electronic Health Record (EHR/EMR) systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple audits, and meet established quality and productivity targets.

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field preferred).

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Healthcare Quality Assurance, Medical Records, EMR Auditing, or Healthcare Back-office Operations.

Experience auditing Medical Records, FMLA documentation, Patient Triage, or healthcare documentation is highly preferred.

Strong knowledge of Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR) systems.

Understanding of HIPAA guidelines and healthcare documentation standards.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

High attention to detail with the ability to identify process deviations.

Strong written communication and reporting skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Experience working with US Healthcare processes.
