1. Minimum 5-6 year of International BPO Experience.
2. Experience should be on paper as "Senior Operations Manager" (Minimum 2 yrs on paper is mandatory)
3. Operational knowledge - International BPO (this experience is mandatory) + voice/chat experience will work. Metrics include: Attrition, Shrinkage
4. Comfortable for 24X7 shifts.
5. Excellent Communication skills.
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
