Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Lead Generation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales team by building a strong sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, emails, and online research.
- Identify and connect with potential customers.
- Build and maintain a database of prospective clients.
- Qualify leads based on business requirements.
- Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM or spreadsheets.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture leads.
- Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Internet, Email).
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Night shift availability (US Process).
Preferred Skills
- Experience in lead generation, telecalling, or inside sales is an advantage.
- Knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
