Role: Sales Head - Dayspring BU – FMCG / Bakery
Location: Lucknow
We are looking for an experienced Sales Head to lead revenue growth, distribution expansion, and team performance across UP & North India for a high-frequency FMCG/bakery business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth, capacity utilization & daily off-take.
- Build and manage strong distributor networks across General Trade, Modern Trade, HoReCa & Institutional channels.
- Lead channel expansion including street/stall sales.
- Own demand forecasting and coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, QA & Finance.
- Ensure pricing discipline, credit control, cash collections & distributor governance.
- Design trade schemes, promotions, and visibility programs.
- Manage key accounts (MT, QSRs, Hotels, Institutions) and secure long-term contracts.
- Lead SKU rationalization, new product launches, and portfolio profitability.
- Recruit, mentor, and drive performance of sales teams.
- Track MIS, market intelligence, competition, and ensure policy & statutory compliance.
Key Requirements:
- MBA/PGDM (Sales & Marketing preferred).
- 12–15 years FMCG/Food/Bakery sales experience with 3+ years in a Sales Head role.
- Strong exposure to distributor-led models, high-frequency distribution, and large channel networks.
- Proven leadership, negotiation, and data-driven execution skills.
- Mandatory experience in FMCG/Food/Bakery with large distributor ecosystems.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
