Job Summary:
The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end facility operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all maintenance activities including electrical, HVAC (AC), STP, plumbing, and general upkeep. The role involves leading the maintenance team, vendor coordination, and ensuring high service standards across all managed office spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Facility & Maintenance Operations
- Oversee daily maintenance activities including electrical systems, AC/HVAC, STP, plumbing, and civil works
- Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance is completed on time
- Maintain 100% uptime of critical equipment and utilities
- Conduct routine inspections of all facilities
2. Team Management:
- Supervise and manage maintenance staff Electricians, AC Technicians, STP Operators, General maintenance team
- Allocate daily tasks and monitor productivity
- Train and guide team for safety and operational efficiency3. Vendor & AMC Management
- Coordinate with external vendors for AMC, repairs, and services
- Ensure timely completion of vendor work and quality standards
- Maintain service contracts and documentation
4. Client & Site Coordination
- Act as point of contact for internal stakeholders / clients
- Handle complaints and ensure quick resolution
- Maintain high level of customer satisfaction
5. Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory regulations
- Monitor fire safety systems, STP operations, and electrical safety
- Maintain logs, checklists, and compliance records
6. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports (MIS)
- Track maintenance schedules, expenses, and inventory
- Prepare reports on downtime, issues, and improvements
7. Cost & Inventory Control
- Monitor maintenance expenses and optimize costs
- Manage inventory of tools, spares, and consumables
Requirements Education:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s in Electrical / Mechanical / Facilities Management (preferred)
Experience:
- 3–6 years in facility management / maintenance operations
- Experience handling technical teams (Electrician, HVAC, STP) Skills
- Strong knowledge of electrical, HVAC, STP systems
- Team handling and leadership skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, reporting)

Working Conditions:
- Site-based role in Mysore
- May require handling emergencies beyond working hours
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
