We are seeking a dynamic IT/Non-IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. The goal is to attract top talent to drive the company's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
· End-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions, ensuring the timely hiring of qualified candidates across multiple functions.
· Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and other creative methods.
· Screen CVs, conduct initial phone screenings, and interview candidates to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
· Manage recruitment pipelines, providing consistent communication and feedback to candidates.
· Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, expectations, and to define key competencies for each role.
· Maintain a strong talent pool for current and future openings.
· Conduct reference checks and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
· Track and manage recruitment metrics to identify areas of improvement.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
· 4 to 5 years of proven experience in recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles.
· In-depth understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
· Proficiency in using Zoho ATS (Zoho Recruit) will be an advantage.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
· Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
