We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead business growth in the Bengaluru region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cardiology sales and a proven ability to develop customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Present, promote, and sell cardiology products to healthcare professionals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, hospitals, and key healthcare stakeholders.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and drive territory growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Strengthen brand presence and expand market share in the region.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer support and timely product availability.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- Mandatory experience in selling cardiology-related products (Pharma or Medical Devices).
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in:
- Cardiac Surgery Devices
- Interventional Cardiology Products
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
