Position: Planning Engineer
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Planning Engineer with strong knowledge of construction, interior fit-out, façade, and exterior works. The candidate should be capable of preparing project schedules, monitoring progress, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed project schedules using MS Project or Primavera.
- Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, contractors, and clients.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
- Track project milestones and identify potential delays.
- Assist in resource planning, manpower allocation, and procurement scheduling.
- Review drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.
- Ensure projects are completed within the approved timeline and budget.
- Participate in project meetings and provide planning support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 6–7 years of experience in construction, interior, façade, or exterior projects.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Office.
- Good communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel for project execution across different locations.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of project costing and resource planning.
- Experience in corporate office interiors, façade works, ACP cladding, glazing, and allied construction activities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
