Role: Business Development Executive / Academic Counsellor
Compensation: ₹3,00,000 – ₹6,00,000 per annum, along with performance-based incentives
Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid – office-based role)
Experience Required: 6 months to 2 years

About the Organization
Designerrs Academy is an education-focused organization offering industry-oriented programs in UI/UX and Product Design. The academy works closely with learners to support career decision-making through structured and practical learning pathways.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective learners to understand their career objectives and suggest appropriate programs.
- Manage the admissions process from initial inquiry through final enrollment.
- Work towards enrollment and revenue targets through systematic outreach and follow-ups.
- Communicate with learners via calls, emails, and messages to provide accurate information and support.
- Respond to queries related to course structure, learning outcomes, and placement support.
- Coordinate with internal marketing and placement teams to ensure alignment with learner requirements.
- Maintain records of interactions and share inputs to improve internal processes.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in counselling, sales, or business development (candidates with strong communication skills may also be considered).
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Kannada (spoken and written) is required.
- Ability to understand learner needs and guide them through the enrollment process.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
