Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing visually engaging content that supports our educational initiatives, marketing campaigns, digital platforms, and learning materials. The candidate should have a strong sense of design, branding, and visual storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Design creative graphics for social media, websites, email campaigns, and digital marketing.
- Develop educational creatives, presentations, brochures, posters, banners, infographics, and other promotional materials.
- Create branding and marketing collaterals in line with organizational guidelines.
- Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and visual assets.
- Collaborate with the content, marketing, and program teams to produce engaging visual content.
- Ensure consistency in design across all communication channels.
- Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding.
- Creative thinking with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of relevant experience in graphic designing.
- Experience in the education or EdTech sector will be preferred.
- A strong portfolio showcasing creative design work is mandatory.
