Position: Security Guard
Location: Murbad, Maharashtra
Department: Administration / Security
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Reporting To: Admin Manager / Plant Head
Job Summary
We are looking for a disciplined, alert, and responsible Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our factory premises, employees, visitors, and company assets. The candidate will be responsible for controlling access, monitoring movement, conducting patrols, and maintaining security records.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles.
- Verify ID cards, gate passes, and maintain visitor and vehicle registers.
- Conduct regular patrolling of factory premises, warehouse, and surrounding areas.
- Check inward and outward movement of materials and vehicles as per gate pass procedures.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and report any suspicious activities immediately.
- Prevent unauthorized access, theft, and damage to company property.
- Maintain daily security logs and incident reports.
- Ensure compliance with company security and safety procedures.
- Assist during emergencies, fire incidents, and evacuation procedures.
- Coordinate with the Administration and Management team regarding security-related matters.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum education: 10th Pass.
- 1–3 years of experience in factory, warehouse, or industrial security preferred.
- Ex-servicemen or candidates with security training will be given preference.
- Physically fit, vigilant, and able to work in rotational shifts.
- Basic knowledge of maintaining registers and using mobile phones for reporting.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
