Co-Founder (Founding Team) – Build Companies From Scratch
Location: Kerala, India (Hybrid/On-site Preferred)
This is NOT a normal job.
This is a founding team opportunity, not a traditional employment role.
There is no salary. Instead, founding team members will earn equity (shares/ownership) in the company. If you're looking for a monthly paycheck, this role is probably not the right fit.
We're looking for people who believe that building something valuable is worth owning.

We don't care about fancy titles or impressive resumes. We care about execution.

We're building a technology-driven hiring platform that makes recruitment faster, smarter, and more trustworthy for both employers and job seekers.
We'll start from Kerala, India, and aim to scale globally.
Requirements
- No MBA required.
- No degree required.
- Industry experience is a bonus, not a requirement.
- Skills, curiosity, and execution matter more than certificates.
What You'll Do
As a founding team member, you'll help shape both the company and the product.

Compensation
This is an equity-only opportunity.
Instead of a salary, you'll receive shares in the company based on your contribution and commitment as a founding team member.
If we succeed, you'll own part of what we build together.
Pay: ₹16,721.30 - ₹92,243.08 per month
