The NGO Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, strategic execution, and sustainable growth of our organization. This role requires a unique blend of empathy and technical acumen: you will manage diverse programs, secure and optimize financial resources, lead passionate teams of staff and volunteers, and serve as a vital link between our field operations and external stakeholders (donors, government bodies, and corporate partners).
Program & Project Management: Plan, execute, and monitor community-driven projects. Establish robust Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) frameworks using tools like the Logical Framework Approach (LFA) or Theory of Change to track project impact and ensure benchmarks are met.
Team Leadership & Volunteer Coordination: Supervise, mentor, and build the capacity of project coordinators, field staff, and volunteers. Foster a collaborative, inclusive work environment and uphold a strict "duty of care" ensuring the safety and health of personnel in the field.
Stakeholder Liaison & Advocacy: Build and manage relationships with local community leaders, government officials, corporate sponsors, and other partner NGOs. Represent the organization at public events, networks, and media opportunities to advocate for the cause.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Nagpur, Maharashtra (Nagpur)
