Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and grow the channel partner & distributor network for IT hardware products.
- Appoint new distributors, resellers, and system integrators in assigned territories.
- Drive sales through channel partners to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Manage distributor relationships including pricing, schemes, promotions, and stock movement.
- Coordinate with distributors on order processing, dispatches, and collections.
- Conduct product training and sales enablement sessions for channel partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Ensure proper visibility of products in the channel and adherence to company policies.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and channel performance reviews.
- Work closely with internal teams (sales ops, logistics, finance) for smooth operations.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
