*Role Overview:*
The Site Technical Manager will be responsible for overseeing all technical and operational activities at the construction site. The role requires ensuring quality, safety, timelines, and coordination between contractors, engineers, and the head office.
*Key Responsibilities:*
1. *Site Execution & Technical Oversight*
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities and ensure work as per approved drawings
- Monitor quality of materials and workmanship at site
2. *Team & Contractor Management*
- Lead and coordinate site engineers, supervisors, and skilled labor
- Assign tasks, track progress, and resolve technical issues on-site
- Liaise with contractors and vendors for smooth execution
3. *Planning & Reporting*
- Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and update the project head
- Ensure site activities align with project schedule and milestones
- Raise material indents and track inventory at site
4. *Quality, Safety & Compliance*
- Ensure all work follows company quality standards and regulatory norms
- Conduct regular site inspections and document issues
- Enforce safety protocols and PPE compliance
5. *Coordination*
- Act as point of contact between head office, design team, and site team
- Attend project review meetings and provide technical updates
*Required Skills & Qualifications:*
- http://B.Tech/B.E in Civil Engineering or Diploma with 3+ years relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and codes
- Ability to read drawings, handle site issues, and manage teams
- Good communication skills and basic MS Office skills
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
