Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Solution Architect with 4–5 years of strong technical experience who can design end-to-end solutions, resolve complex technical challenges, and act as a bridge between business requirements and development teams. This role demands a complete problem-solver mindset with hands-on technical depth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Design end-to-end system architecture for web, mobile, and enterprise applications.
- Provide technical guidance to development teams across Java, MERN, AI/ML, Data Analytics, and UI/UX.
- Identify technical risks early and propose optimized solutions.
- Review code, architecture designs, and ensure best practices are followed.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, developers, and stakeholders.
- Participate in client discussions, technical presentations, and solution walkthroughs.
- Ensure performance, security, scalability, and maintainability of applications.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4+ years of overall experience in IT/software development.
- Strong hands-on experience in Java, MERN Stack, and modern backend/frontend architectures.
- Good understanding of AI/ML, Data Analytics, APIs, microservices, and cloud concepts.
- Excellent knowledge of system design, database design, and application architecture.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to debug, troubleshoot, and solve complex technical problems.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience working with international clients.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
- Experience in SaaS or high-scale applications.
- Prior experience in a tech-lead or architect-like role.
