Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Center Head to lead and manage our operations in Hubli(Karnataka). The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing center operations, driving business growth, managing teams, ensuring client satisfaction, and achieving organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the center.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate teams to achieve performance targets.
- Drive business development and revenue growth initiatives.
- Monitor operational efficiency and implement process improvements.
- Coordinate with senior management on strategic planning and execution.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, center management, branch management, or a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple functions and drive business results.
- Experience in the IT industry will be preferred.
