Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Field Supervisor to oversee daily waste collection operations in assigned areas. The candidate will be responsible for supervising collection staff, resolving public complaints, ensuring timely waste collection, and coordinating with the team to maintain smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise drivers and waste collection helpers in assigned areas.
- Monitor daily door-to-door waste collection from households and street cleaning activities.
- Ensure waste collection routes are completed efficiently and on schedule.
- Address and resolve complaints related to waste collection and sanitation services.
- Assist the collection team in collecting user charges/fees from households when required.
- Maintain attendance and monitor staff performance.
- Report daily activities, issues, and manpower requirements to management.
- Conduct regular field visits to ensure compliance with company standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Prior experience in field supervision, operations, waste management, logistics, or a similar role is preferred.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage and coordinate field staff.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned areas.
