The CEO is responsible for the overall strategic direction, business growth, profitability, governance, and
performance of the organization.
1 Business Strategy & Growth
# Develop and implement the company’s short-term and long-term business strategy.
# Identify new real estate and construction business opportunities.
# Drive business expansion, new projects, and market development.
# Approve project feasibility, investment plans, and major business decisions.
# Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
2.Project & Business Performance
# Review overall performance of all real estate and construction projects.
# Monitor project profitability, timelines, budgets, and quality.
# Ensure projects achieve planned revenue and profitability targets.
# Review project risks and approve major corrective actions.
# Conduct regular performance reviews with business and project heads.
3.Financial & Commercial Management
# Review annual budgets, cash flow, revenue, and profitability.
# Monitor project-wise financial performance.
# Approve major capital expenditure and commercial commitments.
# Ensure effective cost-control measures.
# Coordinate with Finance/CFO on financial planning and business performance.
4.Sales & Revenue
# Establish annual sales and revenue targets.
# Review sales performance, bookings, collections, and cancellations.
# Develop pricing and sales strategies with the Sales & Marketing teams.
# Monitor project-wise sales velocity and inventory.
# Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
5 Leadership & Organization
# Provide overall leadership and direction to the organization.
# Establish organizational goals, KPIs, and performance standards.
# Build and retain a high-performing leadership team.
# Review performance of senior management.
# Promote accountability, professionalism, and organizational culture.
6.Stakeholder & Government Relations
# Maintain relationships with investors, customers, financial institutions, consultants, vendors,
and strategic partners.
# Represent the company in major business discussions.
# Oversee important statutory, regulatory, and government matters.
# Ensure the company maintains strong industry relationships.
7.Risk & Governance
# Identify and manage strategic, financial, legal, project, and operational risks.
# Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
# Establish appropriate internal controls and governance systems.
# Take timely decisions on critical business issues.
