Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources
- Prepare HR documents such as Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Confirmation Letters, Increment Letters, Warning Letters, Experience Letters, Relieving Letters, and other employee communications.
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, documentation, and exit formalities.
- Maintain accurate employee records, personal files, and HRMS data.
- Manage attendance, leave records, shift rosters, overtime, and regularization.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, salary data verification, and employee salary-related queries.
- Address employee grievances and HR-related queries professionally and confidentially.
- Ensure timely completion of probation reviews, confirmations, and statutory documentation.
- Maintain daily HR reports, employee trackers, and compliance records.
Administration & Warehouse Operations
- Oversee the day-to-day administration of the warehouse and office.
- Ensure high standards of housekeeping, cleanliness, hygiene, and workplace discipline across the warehouse.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Monitor warehouse safety practices and ensure compliance with safety policies.
- Maintain records of diesel consumption and usage for company equipment and vehicles.
- Manage office assets, stationery, consumables, uniforms, and inventory.
- Prepare and maintain gate passes for inward and outward movement of materials.
- Maintain visitor records and coordinate vendor and contractor activities.
- Coordinate facility maintenance, repairs, and AMC schedules.
- Support internal audits and ensure proper documentation of administrative records.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
