Medibill LLP is seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Executive with a strong understanding of US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, building relationships with healthcare providers, and promoting our end-to-end RCM services to medical practices across the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and networking.
- Identify and approach independent physician practices, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare organizations.
- Promote Medibill LLP's RCM services, including:
- Medical Billing & Coding
- Eligibility & Benefits Verification
- Prior Authorization
- Credentialing & Provider Enrollment
- Charge Entry & Claim Submission
- Payment Posting (ERA/EOB)
- Accounts Receivable (AR) Follow-up
- Denial Management & Appeals
- Patient Billing & Collections
- Revenue Cycle Analytics & Reporting
- Schedule meetings, conduct presentations, and prepare business proposals.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and close new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales records and CRM data.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and revenue targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in US Healthcare RCM.
- Strong knowledge of the complete Revenue Cycle Management process.
- Understanding of US insurance payers, CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, claims lifecycle, denials, and provider credentialing.
- Excellent English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing, and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Work Schedule
- Shift: Night Shift
- Working Hours: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (IST)
- Location: On-site – Ahmedabad, Gujarat
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (or Monday to Saturday, if applicable)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
