Hiring: Emergency Duty Doctor
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Emergency Duty Doctor to provide immediate medical care to patients in the emergency department, ensuring timely diagnosis, stabilization, and treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend and manage all emergency cases promptly
- Perform initial assessment, diagnosis, and stabilization of patients
- Handle medical emergencies (trauma, cardiac, respiratory, etc.)
- Provide basic and advanced life support when required
- Coordinate with specialists for further management
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Ensure proper communication with patients and attendants
- Follow hospital protocols and emergency procedures
- Assist in ICU admissions and patient transfers if needed
- Participate in emergency drills and audits
Qualification:
- MBBS (Mandatory) OR BAMS, BHMA
- Registration with Medical Council
Experience:
- 1–3 years experience in Emergency / Casualty preferred
- Freshers with strong clinical skills may also apply
Skills Required:
- Quick decision-making ability
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
- Knowledge of emergency protocols (BLS/ACLS preferred)
- Good communication and teamwork
- Ability to work under pressure
Working Hours:
Rotational shifts (Day/Night)
