Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and company standards.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently.
- Recommend menu items, specials, and upsell products when appropriate.
- Verify customer age and comply with alcohol service regulations.
- Process payments and handle cash/card transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar, dining area, and service stations.
- Restock supplies, glassware, and inventory as needed.
- Work closely with kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bartending certification (if required by local regulations).
- Experience with restaurant POS systems.
- 1+ year of experience required in Restaurant or Cafe
- Knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and food pairings.
