Hiring: Telecalling Executive — DialysisOnGo (Gurgaon) DialysisOnGo is building India's largest verified dialysis centre network, helping patients find trusted care wherever they travel. We're looking for a Telecalling Executive to drive our centre enrollment and outreach efforts. *What you'll do:* * Connect with dialysis centres across India to onboard them onto the DialysisOnGo platform * Explain the platform, address queries, and guide centres through enrollment * Maintain call records, follow-ups, and enrollment status trackers * Coordinate with the internal team on outreach progress and center feedback * Represent DialysisOnGo professionally in every interaction *What we're looking for:* * BBA / MBA * Minimum 1 year of telecalling experience * Healthcare industry experience preferred * Strong command of English and Hindi; knowledge of a regional language is a plus * Working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint * Clear communication, patience, and strong follow-up discipline *Details* : Hybrid — Gurgaon , Full-time This is a great opportunity to be part of a healthcare platform's growth story from the ground up, with direct exposure to founders and real impact on patient lives.
