Job Summary:
The Food & Beverage Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences by providing courteous, efficient, and personalized service to guests. The role includes taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, and ensuring guest satisfaction in accordance with hotel and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Welcome guests warmly and provide prompt, friendly, and professional service.

Present menus, explain menu items, and make recommendations when required.

Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them efficiently.

Ensure tables are set, cleaned, and maintained as per hotel standards.

Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely service.

Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints promptly, escalating when necessary.

Maintain high standards of personal grooming, hygiene, and food safety.

Follow all hotel SOPs, brand standards, and health & safety regulations.

Process guest bills accurately and handle cash/POS transactions when required.

Assist with opening, closing, and side duties of the restaurant or outlet.
Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or a related field preferred.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer-focused with a positive attitude.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.

Basic knowledge of food, beverages, and service standards.

Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Experience:

0–2 years of experience in Food & Beverage Service, hospitality, or a similar customer service role. Freshers with relevant hospitality qualifications are welcome to apply.
