Job Title: Assistant Manager – Finance
Location: Vplak India Pvt. Ltd., Gurugram
Salary Range: ₹3 LPA – ₹6.0 LPA (based on experience)
Job Summary:
Vplak India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly skilled and result-driven Assistant Manager – Finance to oversee financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and support strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing accounting functions, improving financial processes, and providing insights to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day financial and accounting operations.
- Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and MIS for management.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts in compliance with accounting standards.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely collections and payments.
- Handle GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliances, including filings.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors and ensure smooth audit processes.
- Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions and cost optimization.
- Monitor cash flow and manage working capital efficiently.
- Implement and improve internal controls and financial processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Lead and mentor junior finance team members (if applicable).
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in finance/accounting roles.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally/ERP systems and advanced MS Excel.
- Good understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CA Inter / CMA / MBA (Finance) (preferred).
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, or startup environment.
- Knowledge of financial modeling and advanced analytics.
