Job role
- Review and validate drug prescriptions for safety, dosage accuracy, and therapeutic appropriateness
- Monitor and report adverse drug reactions (ADR) and medication errors in coordination with clinicians
- Provide pharmacological consultation to doctors on drug interactions, contraindications, and dose adjustments
- Support antimicrobial stewardship and rational drug-use initiatives
- Participate in clinical audits related to medication safety and outcomes
- Assist in developing, reviewing, and updating drug protocols and formularies
- Educate clinicians, nurses, and pharmacists on safe medication practices
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, NABH standards, and regulatory guidelines
- Analyze medication usage data and contribute to quality improvement activities
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to clinical research or case reviews where applicable

Education: Pharm D
Experience: a Min of 2 years experience into handling Clinical Pharmacology is a must. 1 year trainee/intern period is not considered.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
