Key Responsibilities
1. Front Desk & Reception Management
● Welcome and greet visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and courteous
manner.
● Manage the reception area, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and a positive
first impression at all times.
● Maintain visitor registers, service logbooks, and issue visitor access passes.
● Handle walk-in queries and direct visitors to the appropriate departments or
personnel.
2. Communication & Internal Coordination
● Attend, screen, and route incoming phone calls, emails, and messages promptly.
● Coordinate with internal teams for meeting room bookings, appointments, and
visitor scheduling.
● Ensure smooth communication between management, staff, and external
stakeholders.
3. Administrative & Operational Support
● Maintain daily attendance records and related documentation.
● Handle courier and parcel management, including inward and outward registers.
● Assist in preparing reports, letters, and basic documentation as required.
● Manage office supplies and procurement requirements; coordinate with vendors
when necessary.
4. Guest Experience & Customer Service
● Provide timely assistance to clients, visitors, and employees, ensuring a positive
experience.
● Handle customer concerns or escalations calmly and ensure resolution within
defined timelines.
● Support HR and Admin teams with onboarding desk activities such as ID cards,
seating arrangements, and welcome kits.
● Guide and supervise junior front office staff, where applicable.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
