Role Description The Field Sales Executive is a full-time, hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with a mix of on-site client visits and some work-from-home flexibility. In this position, the individual will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage existing customer accounts, and promote the company’s specialty chemicals, electronic components, displays, and magnetic products. Day-to-day activities include visiting clients, conducting product presentations, understanding customer requirements, and coordinating with internal teams to provide quotations and technical support. The role also involves negotiating terms, following up on orders and payments, preparing sales reports, and contributing to sales strategies for the Bengaluru region. The Field Sales Executive is expected to maintain strong professional relationships, represent the company at industry events when required, and consistently work toward achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong field sales and business development skills, including prospecting, lead generation, and account management.
- Experience in B2B sales within specialty chemicals, electronics, or industrial products, with the ability to understand technical specifications.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for engaging with diverse customer stakeholders.
- Solid organizational, time management, and reporting skills to handle multiple clients, visits, and follow-ups.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic digital platforms to track sales activities and analyze performance.
- Ability to work independently in the field, collaborate with internal technical and operations teams, and adapt in a hybrid work setting.
- Prior experience in the Bengaluru market or similar industrial hubs is an advantage.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
