This role will contribute to the Social Science courses in the undergraduate programme and is aimed to provide support to students in English Language. This is a 2‑year full-time position.
Responsibilities:
As an Academic Associate, you will,

Work with faculty on courses, with substantial reading and writing or theoretical content each semester.

Conduct writing workshops for specific courses

Conduct tutorials for students who need help developing proficiency in academic reading and writing skills.

Conduct preparatory workshops for students, introducing key concepts and reviewing foundational skills necessary for core courses (generally these run in winter and summer).

Prepare accessible teaching material, conduct diagnostic tests, and provide extra support for student projects outside of class hours.

Mentor Social Science students and provide reading comprehension and writing guidance on their projects and other activities.
You will be able to engage in independent or collaborative research projects under the guidance of faculty members. You will be assigned a faculty mentor who will provide mentorship, feedback, and support in pursuing independent research projects.
