We're Hiring: Jewellery Sales & Operations Manager
Location: Gurugram, Sector 69
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Jewellery Sales & Operations Manager to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive retail and online jewellery sales growth.
- Achieve online sales targets across digital platforms.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase store footfall, brand visibility, and sales, especially in a developing locality.
- Identify and implement local marketing initiatives, partnerships, events, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with the social media and marketing team to create campaigns that generate leads and conversions.
- Manage store operations, product display, and maintain aesthetic visual merchandising that reflects our luxury brand.
- Oversee inventory, stock management, and stock replenishment.
- Coordinate with production, inventory, and logistics teams.
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
- Analyze sales performance and recommend actionable improvements.
- Train and guide the sales team to achieve business goals.
- Handle order processing, dispatches, and after-sales support.
Requirements:
- Experience in jewellery sales and operations preferred.
- Strong sales, business development, and customer relationship skills.
- Excellent managerial skills required for handling all departments collectively.
- Knowledge of visual merchandising, stock management, and retail operations.
- Ability to identify growth opportunities and execute marketing initiatives.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and business management tools.
