Job Description
We are hiring a B2B Sales Executive / Business Development Executive for corporate sales, institutional sales, and lead generation in the corporate gifting industry.
The role involves B2B client acquisition, lead generation, cold outreach, relationship building, and closing corporate deals with HR, Admin, Procurement, and Marketing departments of companies.
This is a target-driven sales role focused on new business development (New Client Acquisition).
Key Responsibilities
- Generate B2B leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, and networking
- Identify decision makers such as HR Heads, Admin Managers, Procurement Managers, Marketing Heads
- Conduct cold outreach and follow-ups (lead generation & prospecting)
- Schedule and attend client meetings (virtual and in-person)
- Pitch corporate gifting, promotional products, and branding solutions
- Understand client requirements and prepare proposals/quotations
- Close deals and achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain CRM and update sales pipeline regularly
- Build long-term relationships for repeat business and account management
Required Skills
- Strong communication skills (English + confidence in speaking)
- Experience or interest in B2B sales / corporate sales / inside sales/business development
- Knowledge of lead generation, cold calling, and outbound sales
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills
- Target-oriented mindset
- Ability to handle rejection and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic CRM / Excel knowledge
