Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, counseling prospective learners, understanding their career goals, and converting inquiries into enrollments for our training and mentorship programs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Connect with prospective students and professionals through calls, emails, and online platforms.
* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable programs and courses.
* Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
* Convert inquiries into successful enrollments and achieve monthly sales targets.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers.
* Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for smooth onboarding of students.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM tools.
* Provide regular reports on sales activities and conversion metrics.
Required Skills:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
* Experience in EdTech sales or inside sales will be preferred.
* Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
* Good knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel.
* Self-motivated with a proactive approach towards business growth.
Preferred Background:
Candidates with experience in EdTech, training institutes, online learning platforms, or inside sales will be given preference.
