Job Summary
The Visa Counselor is responsible for guiding clients through the visa application process, providing accurate information on visa requirements, assisting with documentation, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from inquiry to visa approval. The role requires strong counseling, communication, sales, and administrative skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Counseling
- Counsel clients regarding Student, Tourist, Visitor, Business, and other visa categories.
- Assess client profiles and recommend suitable visa options.
- Explain visa requirements, eligibility criteria, and application procedures.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date immigration and visa information.
2. Lead Management & Follow-up
- Handle inquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, website, social media, and walk-ins.
- Follow up with prospective clients regularly.
- Convert inquiries into admissions or visa applications.
- Maintain strong client relationships throughout the process.
3. Documentation Support
- Guide clients on required documents and application requirements.
- Review and verify documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with SOPs, resumes, financial documents, and application forms.
- Ensure all documentation complies with visa regulations.
4. Visa Application Processing
- Prepare and submit visa applications.
- Complete online application forms accurately.
- Schedule visa appointments, biometrics, and interviews.
- Track application progress and update clients regularly.
5. Customer Service
- Respond to client queries professionally and promptly.
- Provide regular updates on application status.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Handle concerns and resolve issues efficiently.
6. Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly counseling and conversion targets.
- Promote company services and packages.
- Generate admissions and visa business through effective counseling.
- Contribute to overall business growth.
7. Compliance & Quality Control
- Stay updated with immigration policies and visa regulations.
- Ensure ethical and professional conduct.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information.
- Follow company procedures and compliance standards.
8. CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records in CRM software.
- Update lead status and client information regularly.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Track application and conversion data.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
