We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Jr Architect to support the design, planning, and execution of architectural projects. The candidate will assist in conceptual development, preparation of drawings, coordination with consultants, and site supervision to ensure projects are delivered on time and in accordance with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design & Planning
- Assist in conceptualizing architectural designs and layout planning.
- Prepare working drawings, 3D views, and detailed construction drawings.
- Ensure designs comply with local building regulations and codes.
- Coordinate design development with senior architects.
2. Project Coordination
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants.
- Liaise with contractors, vendors, and project managers.
- Attend client meetings and present design concepts when required.
- Ensure alignment between architectural drawings and site execution.
3. Site Supervision
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings.
- Resolve on-site technical issues in coordination with consultants.
- Maintain quality control standards.
4. Documentation
- Prepare BOQs and material specifications.
- Assist in tender documentation and contractor evaluation.
- Maintain drawing revisions and documentation records.
Requirements: -
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- 3–4 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office.
- Knowledge of building codes and construction practices.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in residential / hospitality / commercial projects.
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices.
- Strong presentation and visualization skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
