Job Title: Service Engineer – UV Printing Solutions
Location: Hyderabad (Kacheguda)
We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Service Engineer to join our growing team. If you enjoy solving technical problems, working with advanced machinery, and travelling across India, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, commission and test UV printing and solvent printing machines at customer locations.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical and software-related issues.
- Carry out preventive maintenance and emergency breakdown support.
- Train customers on machine operation, basic maintenance and best practices.
- Prepare service reports after every installation or service visit.
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach during site visits.
Travel
- The role involves travelling across India for machine installations and service support.
- Travel will normally be by train.
- The company will provide travel arrangements along with a daily allowance for food and accommodation during official travel.
Work Location
- When not travelling, you will work from our Hyderabad (Kacheguda) service hub.
Preferred Qualifications
- ITI, Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or a related field.
- Experience in UV printing machines, solvent printers, digital printers or similar industrial machinery is preferred.
- Candidates with experience in CNC, laser, packaging or other industrial equipment are also welcome to apply.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and willingness to learn.
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹33,722.65 per month
