We are looking for skilled and detail-oriented Draftsmen / Draftswomen to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing accurate drawings and supporting the design and execution teams for architectural and engineering projects.
The responsibilities associated with this job include,
- Drawing Creation in AutoCAD by interpreting the sketches, rough drawings, or specifications provided by the Project director, engineers, or external architects
- Use Autocad or ZWCAD software to create accurate and detailed technical drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and details of residential buildings
- Verify dimensions, materials, and other details to minimize errors and rework
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain organized and up-to-date drawing files and records
- Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless integration of drawings across disciplines
- Incorporate changes and revisions to existing drawings as directed
- Maintain day to day record of work progress at site
- Verification of measurements for billing and giving approvals in finalization of sub-contractor billings
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed architectural and/or structural drawings as per design requirements
- Develop working drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings
- Coordinate with Architects, Engineers, and Site Teams for drawing clarifications
- Modify drawings based on site conditions and management instructions
- Ensure drawings comply with company standards and project specifications
- Maintain proper documentation and version control of drawings
Requirements:
- B.E/M.E in civil engineering or relevant qualification
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in construction or real estate projects
- Good understanding of construction drawings and detailing
- Ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively with teams

- Good communication and coordination skills
