Require Chemist with 2 to 3 years experience in Industrial Water Treatment Analysis.
Qualification : B.SC (Hons. Chemistry)/ Diploma
Role:
Responsible for monitoring and maintaining the quality of water used in boilers, DM plants, and cooling water systems to ensure safe and efficient plant operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze water samples from raw water, DM water, feed water, boiler water, and condensate.
- Test parameters such as pH, conductivity, TDS, hardness, alkalinity, silica, phosphate, and dissolved oxygen.
- Monitor boiler water chemistry and recommend chemical dosing.
- Check DM plant performance and treated water quality.
- Maintain laboratory records, reports, and test logs.
- Calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments.
- Identify water quality deviations and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure safe handling of chemicals and compliance with safety procedures.
- Coordinate with Boiler O&M personnel regarding water treatment requirements.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
