JOB DESCRIPTION: FABRICATION ENGINEER (For Prototype Making)
Role: Senior Fabrication & Advanced Materials Engineer

About the Role:
You are the hands that will build the future. We need a Master Fabrication Engineer to translate our CAD blueprints into the physical Panch-Veda Pole. You will work with advanced carbon-fiber composites, self-healing alloys, and modular pod architectures, integrating Vedic geometric principles (Vastu) into structural engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
Prototype Fabrication: Lead the physical fabrication of the first 5 smart pole variants from the ground up.
Advanced Materials: Work with Carbon-Fiber Reinforced Polymer (CFRP), graphene-infused resins, and Eco-Titan flexible solar skins. Optimize for 20+ year lifespan with zero maintenance.
Modular Design Execution: Engineer the ground-level smart pods (Energy storage, Tele-health, EV charging) to be hot-swappable and IP68 weather-resistant.
Vendor Management: Source raw materials, negotiate with foundries, and oversee CNC machining and composite winding processes.
Design Feedback: Identify flaws in CAD models and provide immediate reverse-engineering feedback to the design team for rapid iteration.
Qualifications:
B.Tech/M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or Mechatronics.
5+ years of hands-on experience in rapid prototyping, carbon fiber molding, and structural fabrication.
Mastery of SolidWorks/Fusion 360 and CAM programming.
Experience in aerospace, automotive, or advanced urban infrastructure fabrication is a huge plus.
Pay: ₹50,806.76 - ₹90,309.14 per month
