ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The E-commerce Manager leads the development and implementation of e-commerce strategies to maximize online sales, enhance user experience, and drive revenue growth.
We are looking for a dedicated, in-office Amazon Ads Specialist to take full ownership of our marketplace growth in the Kitchen & Home Appliances category. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our Amazon Advertising account, focusing on high-ticket sales, market share growth, and brand loyalty. The ideal candidate understands the nuances of selling appliances—such as seasonal trends, technical keyword targeting, and the importance of video ads.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Campaign Management: Execute full-funnel strategies using Sponsored Products (keyword/ASIN targeting), Sponsored Brands (Video is critical for appliances), and Sponsored Display.
Technical Keyword Research: Focus on "Solution-based" keywords (e.g., "energy efficient refrigerator," "quiet dishwasher") and competitor conquesting.
Inventory & Seasonality Planning: Align ad spend with peak seasons (e.g., Summer for ACs/Fans, festive seasons for Kitchen appliances) and manage out-of-stock risks.
Amazon DSP (Bonus): Re-targeting customers who viewed our appliances but didn't purchase, or targeting "In-Market" audiences for home improvement.
Listing Optimization: Ensure technical specifications and energy ratings are clear in the ad copy and A+ content to reduce returns and increase conversion.
Profitability Tracking: Manage bids to maintain a healthy TACOS while scaling total revenue.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years in Amazon Ads, preferably with Electronics, Home, or Kitchen appliances.
Data Analysis: Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, Trend analysis) to track high-value purchase cycles.
Tools: Hands-on experience with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and Amazon Brand Analytics.
Communication: Ability to explain why certain high-cost keywords are necessary for long-term brand positioning.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
