Job Summary:
We're looking for a seasoned Production Supervisor/incharge to lead our team in producing high-quality food products. You'll oversee daily production operations, ensure compliance with food safety standards, and drive process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise production team, providing guidance and training as needed
- Plan and execute production schedules to meet targets
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to GMP and HACCP standards
- Monitor product quality, identifying and addressing any deviations
- Implement process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce waste
- Manage inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and storage
Requirements:
-Educational qualification -MSC Chemistry
-Willing to relocate
- 2-3 years of- 2-3 years of experience in food production supervision experience in food production supervision
- Knowledge of food safety standards (GMP, HACCP, FSSAI)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with production planning and inventory management software
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
