Job Title: Telemarketing Executive

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Telemarketing Executive to promote our laboratory testing services, generate leads, and build strong relationships with potential clients. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, confidence in handling outbound calls, and the ability to convert inquiries into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Introduce and promote the laboratory's analytical testing services.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with existing and prospective customers.
- Maintain customer database and update CRM/Excel records.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable testing services.
- Coordinate with the sales and laboratory teams regarding client requirements.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
- Prepare daily call reports and activity updates.
- Build long-term customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Hindi is an added advantage.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Good telephone etiquette.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Qualification
- Any Graduate (B.Sc., B.Com., BBA, BA, MBA preferred).
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
- 1–3 years of experience in telemarketing, inside sales, customer support, or laboratory marketing is preferred.

Salary
