Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain Windows Servers, desktops, laptops, and IT infrastructure.
Configure and troubleshoot network devices, firewalls, VLANs, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi.
Administer Microsoft 365, email systems, Teams, SharePoint, and user licenses.
Ensure cybersecurity through antivirus, endpoint protection, firewall management, and security audits.
Manage CCTV, biometric attendance systems, and access control devices.
Handle IT asset management, procurement, vendor coordination, and license tracking.
Provide L1-L2 technical support and maintain IT documentation.
