Key Focus & Responsibilities:
Manage, train, and supervise a dedicated team of medical data annotators.
Create rigorous, standardized labeling guidelines for complex, handwritten, and structured forms.
Perform extensive data quality audits to ensure training datasets are free from errors or biases.
Prep, clean, and manage large-scale training datasets using platform engines like Label Studio.
Requirements:
Proven experience leading data labeling or annotation teams, preferably dealing with document processing, OCR.
Deep familiarity with annotation software like Label Studio, CVAT, or similar tools.
Exceptional attention to detail with an analytical approach to auditing data anomalies.
Strong communication skills to clearly articulate tagging guidelines to the team.
