About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic Civil Engineers and Architects who are eager to build their careers in the construction industry. Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
This is an office-based role where you'll gain practical exposure to QA/QC, Estimation, Engineering Documentation, Project Coordination, Construction Management, and Digital Engineering Systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in QA/QC documentation and reports.
- Prepare and update BOQs and quantity estimates.
- Support engineering documentation and project records.
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and vendors.
- Update construction reports, checklists, and Excel trackers.
- Assist in quantity verification and estimation updates.
- Support the development of QA/QC, EHS, and MEP management systems.
- Perform day-to-day office engineering and technical coordination.
Eligibility Criteria Education
- Diploma in Civil Engineering
- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- M.Tech in Civil Engineering
- B.Arch (Architecture) graduates may also apply.
Experience
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- 0–2 years of experience.
Skills Preferred
- Basic knowledge of Construction Practices
- QA/QC Fundamentals
- BOQ & Quantity Estimation
- AutoCAD (Preferred)
- MS Excel & MS Office
- Good Communication Skills
- Willingness to Learn
Preferred Candidate
- Candidates residing in Bengaluru or nearby areas.
- Able to commute daily to JP Nagar or willing to relocate nearby.
- Passionate about construction engineering and technical documentation.
- Eager to build a long-term career in the construction industry.
Training & Probation
Selected candidates will undergo a 6-month Training & Probation Period, during which they will receive practical exposure to QA/QC, Estimation, Engineering Documentation, Project Coordination, and Construction Management Systems.
Confirmation of employment will be based on performance and company policy.
